Our Projects
· We collaborated with a large french fry producer to install an innovative Management Operating System (MOS), focusing on streamlining operations and enhancing real-time decision-making. This, together with a comprehensive leadership development program, drastically improved productivity and cost-efficiency. Our joint efforts cut production costs by 21% and increased throughput by 12.2%. We also optimized workforce management, reducing overtime by 24%. Additionally, we implemented an enhanced material and quality awareness program, improving material yield by 6%.
· Solara was engaged to amplify operational efficiencies at a milk production facility. Our focus was on bolstering filler efficiencies, augmenting warehouse productivity, revamping maintenance programs, and curtailing waste.
